St. Peter’s offers religious education/youth ministry for youth ages four and up. Classes are held at the Parish Center from September through May.
The mission of St. Peter’s Religious Education and Youth Ministry Program is to assist the students’ growth in their relationship with God based on knowledge of their Catholic faith, expressed through prayer, worship, and service to others. Recognizing the role of parents as the primary witnesses of faith, the staff works with parents to accomplish the goal of witnessing to the Gospel message.
Many events and volunteer opportunities take place during the year for youth ministry and religious education families.
Teachers are always needed to help bring the important message of Christ to our youth. There are also numerous other areas in which help is needed, such as substitute teaching, baking, sewing, helping at retreats, set-up and clean-up for events.
